if I want to connect the wifi onboard, do I have to scan the barcode before I turn on the airplane mode?

I just was served up your channel here in Atlanta, GA, USA! As I, myself, am booked on Starlux Economy later this year from SFO to BKK (stopover in TPE) I watched this video with keen interest. I have been planning to upgrade to Premium Economy, but, after watching your video, see that I will be just fine in the Starlux Economy, even if I decide to save that extra expense. I chose a seat near the aft of the plane, hoping that the plane might not fill completely, and I might get a row to myself for the l-o-n-g flight. I was delighted to see that this was the case on your flight! I will be bringing my cat, Pun'kin, along (she must fly cargo), so I know getting her requirements all arranged, met, and documented, will probably be more paperwork than getting myself aboard. . .wish me luck?! Liked and Subscribed! Thank you so much for posting the exact video I wanted to see! So many people here in the Southern part of the USA aren't familiar with Starlux -- but I'm doing what I can to change that! (I'll be taking Southwest Airlines from ATL to SFO. "Two free checked bags," and Pun'kin can fly in the Main Cabin, stowed under the seat in front of me in her soft carrier.)

I always regard SQ as having one of the best IFE systems out there. I always love the design. It has been 7 years since my last flight with SQ on their A330....I just hope I can take them again soon. There have been numerous times where I have to ditch SQ in favor of other airlines due to price....(case in point: my KL trip last week where I was considering TR or TR + SQ but ditched it in favor of AK - check it out). Kinda sad to see this flight downgraded to a 777 tbh. But still, the glamor remains! Nice vid as always!

A380....to 777....to A350....I'm not sure whether they moved some of the passengers to other flights. I haven't tried SQ yet; but I just returned from a Scoot journey. You may check it out! Also it seems like the pilot is following a similar script as Scoot's.... Nice vid as always!

I flew in May 2024 used Cheapoaire to purchase my ticket. This was basic economy ticket and i met a guy flying back and surprised when he had to pay $200 for his second bagage. While in California i called their hot line to verify how many check in bagage i am eligible and was told one check in only. I was very disapointed i paid similar amount and flew other airlines and had two check in bagage. This was international flight. The ironic part was when i was checking my bagage the Starlux attendant said i was eligible 2 check in. I think they were just playing. I will do my best not tofly Starlux in the future. Was very disapointed, i assumed that since its international flight i had 2 checkin bagage. Probably my fault. Still been using Cheapoaire and this never happened before.

Why the cabin crew still wear mask? No class to show your face? Korean Air cabin crew all don't wear mask anymore.

I love how you edit the video. The food looks exactly how they are advertised in the pictures. I am definitely flying Starlux instead of EVA Air the next time I go Taiwan.

I just returned from two bodacious JX flights, SFO - TPE - SIN. Seriously. They were THAT good. Keep going that way and I can see myself taking more and more JX flights and less JL/NH flights. Do watch my videos on those flights! (1 premiered, 1 next week!) Nice vid as always!
